First, a little about me.

For 20+ years, I’ve been a data and intelligence enthusiast, using leading-edge technology to make sense of mountains of complex information. From leading intelligence efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan to influencing policy as a professor at West Point, I’ve always been driven by the thrill of uncovering insights that change the game. In the private sector, I put my skills to work leading Data, Product Ops, and Customer Experience Teams at Gusto, helping deliver wow-worthy experiences and scaling from $3B to $10B. As the founder of The Data Love Co., I’m passionate about empowering organizations to think outside the box and make data-driven decisions that drive the organization forward.
